2x Private Advisory Sessions/month (60 min) - real-time challenges, boardroom dynamics, decision pressure-testing.
Async access, Monday-Thursday - direct line for pre-decision gut-checks and rapid feedback. Response within the hour.
Tier 2: Premium Advisory
$10,000/month, or $25,000 for a dedicated 90-day sprint
1x Half-Day Intensive (4 hours), in person - I fly to you. A full working session mapping the patterns driving your current results, built to identify and remove what's been quietly limiting scale, peace, or capacity.
4x Private Advisory Sessions/month (60 min).
Async access, Monday-Thursday - direct line for pre-decision gut-checks and rapid feedback. Response within the hour.
Quarterly Review & Reset.
When a 90-day sprint ends, it doesn't auto-renew. We have a review conversation first, and from there it either continues as another sprint, converts to Tier 1, or ends.
Travel billed separately, at cost.

Why I do this work
I have spent my career operating at the intersection of business growth, leadership, and decision-making.
My background includes helping scale one of Australia's fastest-growing consumer brands, co-founding and growing technology companies, and successfully exiting a wellness app. I've experienced the realities of building businesses firsthand — the pressure of growth, the complexity of leadership, and the responsibility that comes with making decisions that impact teams, customers, and investors.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in a question many successful leaders quietly face:

The answer is rarely a lack of information. More often, it's the inability to see what sits outside their current perspective.
Today, I work with founders, CEOs, and senior executives as a strategic advisor. My role is to help leaders identify blind spots, challenge assumptions, navigate complexity, and gain clarity on the decisions that matter most.
